-     If the participant is under the legal age of 18, a parent or guardian will be required to accompany the child at all times during the class. There will be no charge to the parent for attending the class.

 

-     If for any reason the customer is unable to attend their scheduled class, the customer has the absolute right to reschedule or cancel their class up to 1 day prior to the start of their class. Call Elm Street Photography to reschedule or to cancel your class and request a refund. All refunds will be issued by company check and mailed to the customer within three, (3) business days. If a customer is a “no-show” “no-call” to their class, (please arrive 10 minutes early), they agree to forfeit the total price that was paid. No refunds will be issued for no-show customers. Weather will play a large factor in the outside portion of your class. One day prior to your class Elm Street Photography will call or email the participant that that class will be conducted, or rescheduled due to impending bad weather.

 

-     Neither Elm Street Photography and/or its owner Michael Coons, shall be held liable for any damages, injuries, deaths, or any other unforeseen circumstance that could arise as part of our class or nature/wildlife walk. Examples could include:

        - Damage to equipment.

        - Injuries from any animals, insects, etc.
